Shipping and returns

All goods remain the property of tenpinshop.com until payment is made. Claims for damaged or faulty goods must be notified to tenpinshop.com as per instructions below.

We want you to be happy with your order. In all cases where you want to return an item for any reason, please contact us on 0870 803 4 823 or info@tenpinshop.com before making a return.

If an item is defective, then we will accept the return of the item and send you a credit note or refund for the purchase price.

If an item is not defective and you change your mind once you receive the item, or if you have ordered the wrong size or the wrong colour, there is either a small re-stocking fee or we will ask you to pay for the item to be re-sent if you need a replacement. Where you do not require a replacement, we will deduct the original postage cost from the refund when free postage was offered.

Where possible, we will endeavour to show the most up-to-date images of our products, however in occasional cases, exact designs, colours, and details may vary slightly from the picture or illustrations.

If you do return the item, it must be returned in the packaging and condition it was received and should not have been used. If you wish to return an item, you must contact us first via email, at info@tenpinshop.com . If an item is found to have been used, it will be photographed and you will then be contacted. In this instance, the item will be returned and no refund will be given.

All returns should be made within 7 days to: tenpinshop.com, 26 Newton Court, Oakwood, Leeds, LS8 2PH apart from at times such as Christmas where the customer may require more time. Please keep proof of postage. Once your return is received, we will send you an electronic credit note. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

No postage refunds will be given on returned goods that are not faulty.

Prices may fluctuate due to market forces and tenpinshop.com reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice.

Delivery Times
Delivery is usually no more than 4-6 working days within the UK and this is subject to stock availability.

On postage and packaging, a fee is applicable and calculated by weight. International orders (i.e. those outside of the UK) will all be charged according to weight, please contact us for more information if you need further clarification.

If you are in the UK and require express delivery, i.e. for a birthday, then this can be arrranged at a cost of approximately £10 for any item(s) under 10kg, however we will not be held responsible for late posting missing a certain delivery date. Please contact us for further details.

We only ship to the UK and Europe but will consider requests from other countries

IMPORTANT NOTES
Dexter Shoes: Incorrect "ENG" Sizes shown on the boxes.

We convert the US size to the correct UK size.

MENS – A US size is 1 size bigger than the UK size. The "ENG" size shown is 1.5 sizes smaller and this is incorrect. I.E. If you order a UK9, we will send a US10.

WOMENS – A US size is 2.5 sizes bigger than the UK size. If you order a UK5, we will send a US7.5

ROLLER BAGS
Do not 'bounce' roller bags up or down staircases. Damage is caused to roller bags by doing this, the damage done is not covered by the manufacturers warranty and damage done by doing this is always the same and easily recognisable. Roller bags should be carefully carried down staircases.
